Susan Roy Awarded HousingWire Women of Influence Recognition

Sierra Pacific Mortgage's EVP of National Operations, Susan Roy, was selected as one of this year's HousingWire Women of Influence award recipients. These women are recognized for propelling the housing industry forward and paving the way for other women to succeed.

Susan joined SPM during the most tumultuous time in the mortgage banking industry. Faced with a remotely deployed workforce, record loan volumes, and increased competition, she effectively rallied her operations staff to face the multitude of challenges. Effective communication with staff was a paramount accomplishment of Susan’s to ensure that guidelins and process changes were understood and properly implemented.  At the same time, Susan had to maintain staff engagement, enhance morale and reinforce the ONE Sierra culture. In her first year at SPM Susan has proven her impact is invaluable, and her accomplishments just piggyback onto an illustrious career of helping borrowers achieve the goal of homeownership.
