Folsom, CA – March 14, 2022 – Sierra Pacific Mortgage has persevered through the ever-changing lending environment, and we will continue to do so. Our vast spectrum of loan products enables our originators and broker partners to work with a broad range of clients and financial scenarios, but it is our expert team who makes the difference, exercising their considerable know-how and dedication to get loans to the finish line on time, every time. As we celebrate our 36th year in the mortgage business, we are determined to amplify our impact in the communities which we serve and continue our legacy of delivering superior service for our borrowers and third-party originators.

While competitors have struggled to keep their doors open and meet the demands of the purchase market, Sierra Pacific’s team has continued to grow. We’ve sought quality over quantity talent that aligns with our Do the Right Thing – Always mindset; we don’t cut corners when it comes to making the right choices with team members, customers, and partners we bring on board. This last quarter, our Wholesale Channel welcomed 20 new Account Executives to help support the broker community. We also hired industry veteran Cindy Ferrentino as Senior Vice President TPO Sales East and Corey Moore as Regional Vice President TPO Sales Midwest.
