SPM Announces Appointment of Jay Promisco as President

Sierra Pacific Mortgage (SPM) proudly announces the promotion of Jay Promisco to the role of President, effective March 1, 2024.

Prior to joining SPM, Jay demonstrated his leadership potential as he quickly climbed the corporate ladder from Area Sales Manager to EVP of Joint Ventures at Stearns Lending. Those 9 years at the national lender solidified his reputation as a seasoned leader in the mortgage industry.

In 2017, Jay initially joined SPM as the Head of Retail Production and quickly advanced to the position of Chief Production Officer in 2019. Now, in his new capacity as President, Jay will assume responsibility for overseeing all day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on driving growth while upholding the company's strong culture and reputation. Jay's influence extends beyond SPM. He is a highly respected and sought-after speaker who recently shared his insights at the HousingWire Annual Conference as a Vanguard honoree.
