Lauren Brown Named a 2023 HousingWire Rising Star

Today, HousingWire announced the winners of their 2023 Rising Star awards, recognizing the housing industry's next generation of leaders. We're excited to share that our very own Lauren Brown from Wichita, KS was selected as one of forty mortgage professionals recognized for this award.

After joining Sierra Pacific in 2018, Lauren quickly made her mark as one of the top producing loan originators in her region as well as a driven leader that is dedicated to being the most educated professional in the mortgage industry. After being promoted to Retail Market Manager in 2022, Lauren has invested her heart and soul into developing both her sales and operations staff here at SPM. Lauren is a unique combination of student, mentor, and sales professional that engages with her team daily to address the difficulties of this down market. She leads by example and is in the trenches every day with her team, which empowers them with the time and resources they need to accomplish their goals.
