Rick Roque Joins Sierra Pacific Mortgage

Industry veteran Rick Roque has joined Sierra Pacific Mortgage as Executive Vice President of Retail Sales.

Rick brings over 25 years of business development, capital fundraising, and industry experience to the SPM Leadership Team. He has worked on both the lender and mortgage technology sides of the business, and for the last 15 years has driven retail growth for mortgage companies focusing on production team recruiting and company acquisitions. Rick has an innate ability to align the company vision and the underlying processes to accomplish stated goals.

As Head of the Retail Channel, Rick has been tasked with expanding Sierra Pacific's footprint nationwide and implementing innovative mortgage products that cater to a diverse range of consumers, realtors, and builders. Rick’s focus will be revenue growth, both top and bottom-line profitability, and collaborating closely with branch sales leaders to expand our team of loan officers and enhance realtor-driven volume. From initial engagement to post-transaction support, Rick is dedicated to elevating every aspect of our customer’s journey.
